TURNAROUND AND SHIPPING
- What delivery Options do we offer?
We deliver all our parcels with Australia Post. We offer standard and express shipping. Please see our shipping policy for our rates.
- When will I receive my order?
Our turnaround time is 2-4 weeks at max, depending on the product and not including postage time.
- Can you rush my order?
We provide an Express Shipping to maximise your chances of receiving your parcel on time for any deadline.
By upgrading to our Express Shipping service at checkout, your order will be prioritised with Australia Post and will be produced first in our warehouse.
You can expect turnaround times to be expedited to approximately 2-3 business days.
Please indicate the date you need your order by during checkout, and we’ll inform you if there are any issues with the specified deadline.
The cost for Express Shipping is $14, May vary depending on weight of product.
- Can I combine my order?
If you’d like to combine your orders, please email us on info@thelasercorner.com.au as soon as possible, including all your order numbers. Please note that we can only combine orders that have not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot issue postage refunds for those who do not contact us via email.
Additionally, during peak periods, we may not be able to combine orders due to the high volume we receive.
- Can I pick up my order?
YES! Location will be provided with an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Can I upgrade to Express Post?
Yes! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we should be able to upgrade it to express shipping. Please email us as soon as possible so we can check the status of your order.
ORDER INFORMATION
- I've made a mistake with my order; can I update it?
Please email us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started production on your order, we can make the necessary updates for you. However, if your order has already been completed, we won’t be able to make any further changes.
- I have received my order but there has been a spelling error, what do I do?
Although we strive for 100% accuracy with every order, mistakes can occasionally happen due to the personalized nature of our products. If you notice a spelling error (made by us) or receive an incorrect order, please contact us right away with your order number and photos.
Please keep in mind that we do not review your text, so be sure to double-check your spelling before placing your order.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but if only your order has not been processed. Please email info@thelasercorner.com.au for cancellation requests.
